Shipping Information:
All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.
We currently only ship to the United States, Great Britain, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Spain, Canada, Denmark, Netherlands, Australia, France, Singapore, Germany, New Zealand, South Africa, Greece, Austria, Switzerland, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Belgium, Hong Kong, Philippines, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania and Japan. As of this time, We do not ship pillows internationally.
In order to save you, the customer, as much as possible on the shipping of our products, we ship using the USPS (United States Postal Service) first class mail and first class international mail. Most orders within the United States should be received within 7 to 10 business days. International shipments may take longer. The time it takes for you to receive your packages varies by where you live. You understand that residential and rural addresses may require additional time for delivery. Some packages may take longer.
As per the chart below, shipping and handling rates are based on your total order and are automatically calculated at the time of purchase.

via Priority Mail International. Your Package
will still be insured but
will arrive in 6 to 10 days.
No international overnight shipping
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please check your address information carefully. If an order is placed with incorrect address information that has to be corrected by USPS or Ties2pillows.com, you may incur an additional charge. If USPS returns a shipment to us due to incorrect address information, we will happily reship the merchandise to you for an additional shipping charge. All packages shipped within the United States are insured. All USPS Express Mail International packages are Insured. Insurance is not available for International packages shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Decisions of the insurance company are final.
Risk of Loss:
The risk of loss of items you purchase pass to you upon our delivery to the carrrier. It is your obligation to notify the carrier of non receipt of your order within 30 days from the date of purchase. You waive all claims and chargeback rights if you fail to notify the carrier and Ties2Pillows.com of non-delivery within the aforementioned 30 day period.
Additionally, for all customers living in Great Britain, Ireland and Northern Ireland (Including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, Alderney, Sark, and the Isle of Man):
1. It is your responsibility to check with the British Board of Trade to see if you are required to obtain an import license to receive packages from Ties2Pillows.
2. You are responsible for any customs duty, domestic sales tax on importations, and any other applicable local taxes, tariffs and fees associated with the delivery of packages to you.
3. At this time we do not ship pillows internationally.
4. We will provide, upon request, a Certificate Of Mailing, which provides evidence of mailing.
Additionally, for all customers living in Ireland:
1. Certain woven fabrics are subject to quota restrictions and require an import license.
Additionally, for all customers living in Portugal, South Africa and Singapore
1. It is your responsibility to see if you are required to obtain an import license to receive packages from Ties2Pillows.
2. You are responsible for any customs duty, domestic sales tax on importations, and any other applicable local taxes, tariffs and fees associated with the delivery of packages to you.
3. At this time we do not ship pillows internationally.
4. We will provide, upon request, a Certificate Of Mailing, which provides evidence of mailing.
Additionally, for all customers living in Australia, Canada, The Netherlands, Norway, Denmark, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Finland, Sweden and Japan:
1. You are responsible for any customs duty, domestic sales tax on importations, and any other applicable local taxes, tariffs and fees associated with the delivery of packages to you.
2. At this time we do not ship pillows internationally.
4. We will provide, upon request, a Certificate Of Mailing, which provides evidence of mailing.
Additionally, for all customers living in Germany:
1. Germany will not accept any Express Mail International or Priority Mail International insured item valued at more than $500. If your order exceeds $500 in value, we reserve the right to split the order into seperate shipments and may requre additional shipping costs from the customer.
Additionally, for all customers living in Spain:
1. You are responsible for any customs duty, domestic sales tax on importations, and any other applicable local taxes, tariffs and fees associated with the delivery of packages to you.
2. At this time we do not ship pillows internationally.
3. Spain requires all used clothing to be accompanied by a certificate of disinfection. Ties2Pillows considers vintage neckties and used neckties used clothing and will include a certificate of disinfection in the form of two copies of a professional dry cleaning receipt. One copy will be enclosed in the PS Form 2976-E envelope with the customs declaration attached to the outside of the package and the other will be located inside the package.
4. For parcels, an invoice, in duplicate, is required for all commercial shipments to Spain, regardless of value. We will enclose two invoices in the PS Form 2976-E envelope with the customs declaration attached to the outside of the package as well as one invoice for the customer inside the package.
5. We will provide, upon request, a Certificate Of Mailing, which provides evidence of mailing.
Additionally, for all customers living in Greece:
By placing a purchase with Ties2Pillows.com, you are agreeing with the following conditions:
1. Many types of merchandise are subject to import licenses and are not delivered without permission of the Greek authorities. Senders should ascertain from the addressees in advance of mailing, that their shipments will be delivered.
2. Greece requires all used clothing to be accompanied by a certificate of origin stating that they have been disinfected. Ties2Pillows considers vintage neckties and used neckties used clothing and will include a certificate of disinfection.
3. We will provide, upon request, a Certificate Of Mailing, which provides evidence of mailing.
Sales Tax:
Ties2Pillows.com collects sales tax for items being shipped to Nevada only.
Returns Policy:
Please contact us before returning any items. If your order doesn't meet your satisfaction, just contact us within 10 days of receipt at Returns@Ties2Pillows.com with the name and code of the item you would like to return and we will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN). The RAN will be valid for 10 days. Your return must be postmarked within the 10 day period. Return the product you purchased in the same condition you received it with a copy of your receipt and the RAN, and we will issue a refund for the full price of the merchandise (less the shipping and handling). All returns must be accompanied by a RAN. We will credit you your total purchase price less the amount Ties2Pillows incurred for shipping the products to you. Your credit card will be credited within 15 days of receipt of your return and we will send you an email that your card has been credited. For purchases made with credit cards, a credit will be issued to the credit card billed. We ask that you return an item via insured Parcel Post using the United Stated Postal Service (USPS) or an equivalent method of your chosing. Ties2Pillows.com cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. You are responsible for insuring that your return reaches us. Ties2Pillows is not responsible for any lost or misdirected packages. Ties2Pillows does not cover your return shipping costs. However, if the return is a result of an error we made in your order, we will refund all shipping and handling costs, including your return shipping costs. All returns will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned products. We cannot issue any refunds for the return of any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged. We do not offer refunds on custom orders. Wholesale purchases are eligible for exchanges only, not refunds. All returns are subject to the approval of Ties2Pillows.com based on the condition of the ties, the transaction details and the customer's purchase history.

Keep in mind that customers are responsible for the return shipping to Ties2Pillows.com. Any package refused by the customer will be treated as a return from the customer and a credit will be issued back to the customer, less the shipping and handling to and from the customer.
Payment Options:
Our secure server accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. At this time we do not accept personal checks or money orders.
Canceling an order:
In the event you'd like to change or cancel an order at Ties2Pilows.com for any reason, please email us at Support@Ties2Pillows.com as soon as possible. We'll try to accommodate your request. Please keep in mind that we ship orders as quickly as possible so that our customers can enjoy their purchase as soon as possible. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been shipped.
